Product Designer

Design user-centered experiences across Oraichain products, including AI Oracle, OWallet, and OraiDEX, through research, flows, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, developer hand-off, and continuous iteration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams to identify product problems and propose design solutions.
• Conduct user research and behavior analysis to uncover insights.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Ensure smooth hand-off and coordination with developers during implementation.
• Evaluate and improve product experiences using user data and feedback.
• Build and maintain the design system across the product suite.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience designing Web3/blockchain products such as wallets, DEXs, and staking dashboards.
• Strong product thinking and ability to align user needs with business objectives.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design and prototyping tools.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating an end-to-end product design process.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
• Nice to have: startup experience, blockchain architecture or smart-contract knowledge, decentralized UX experience, and scalable design-system experience.
