Product Engineer, Blockchain

Build first-party Tempo applications, work directly with customers to integrate stablecoin payment flows, ship reliable products, and improve the product and developer experience using field feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build internal and first-party applications on top of Tempo for agents and humans.
• Partner with startups and enterprises to integrate Tempo into payment systems.
• Develop deep knowledge of the Tempo blockchain and its product surface area.
• Navigate unfamiliar codebases and organizations to ship products quickly.
• Bring field learnings back to improve the product, developer experience, and blockchain.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including 1+ year of crypto experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to travel within the US when needed.
• Experience shipping mission-critical systems where safety and reliability matter.
• Ability to balance speed, pragmatism, and technical quality.
• High motor, curiosity, open-mindedness, and scrappiness.
