Product Manager

Own a meaningful part of Agora's product surface, set strategy and roadmap, work directly with customers, investigate API and settlement flows, define success metrics, write specifications, ship with engineering, and use AI tools for prototyping, evaluation, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Set the roadmap for the assigned product area
• Talk directly with customers to understand their needs
• Define metrics that determine whether shipped work succeeds
• Write product specifications and ship them with engineering
• Collaborate with business development on strategic accounts
• Run research calls with prospects and active customers
• Query data to identify customer drop-off points
• Dive deep into API and settlement flow details

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in stablecoins, payments, or fintech
• Serious UX craft
• High autonomy
• Experience shipping work with measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical instincts
• Comfort with technical and API-driven products
• AI fluency
