Product Manager - Automation
Own the product surface for operational automation and apply product thinking to build processes and pipelines. Partner with Customer Success, Onboarding Operations, Anti-Financial Crime, engineering, and other operational teams to redesign workflows, determine where automation or human judgment is appropriate, and drive successful adoption.
Responsibilities
- Deliver automation opportunities with Customer Success, Onboarding Operations, Anti-Financial Crime, and other operational teams.
- Reduce manual work, increase quality, and reduce risk through automation.
- Understand processes and systems deeply enough to redesign them with technology partners.
- Decide what should be automated versus what requires human judgment to remain ethical and compliant.
- Build relationships with operational leaders to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
- Apply product thinking to automating build processes and pipelines.
- Win buy-in from operational and engineering teams for change.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally supporting internal operational or engineering users.
- Comfort operating at the intersection of product and compliance.
- Ability to quantify impact, risk, and confidence to prioritize work.
- Experience building and buying solutions and weighing build-versus-buy decisions.
- Experience sourcing or managing third-party vendors.
- Clear stakeholder communication and ability to translate technical or compliance decisions into engineering-ready guidance.
- Experience working with engineering teams in an agile, continuous-delivery rhythm.
- Demonstrable experience using AI tools to build products and engineering tooling and running AI in production systems.
