Product Manager (Business Promotion Division)
Own end-to-end product management for new and existing products from discovery through growth. Conduct market research, define roadmaps, requirements, and KPIs, align priorities with executives and engineering, manage product marketing and pricing, improve UI/UX, analyze KPIs, formulate growth hypotheses, and lead cross-product standardization and branding initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Achieve product-market fit for new products
- Drive growth for products that have achieved product-market fit
- Conduct market research to identify customer problems
- Define product roadmaps
- Define requirements and KPIs
- Align product requirements with executives
- Manage product marketing and pricing
- Improve UI/UX for usability
- Prioritize development tasks and coordinate with engineers
- Analyze KPIs and formulate growth hypotheses
- Coordinate cross-product initiatives, branding, and standardization
- Design and implement multi-product organizational processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience for in-house products
- Product management experience in complex domains
- Ability to communicate smoothly with stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with business members and engineers
- Experience working in the blockchain or Web3 industry
- English communication ability preferred
- Experience at a Web3-related company preferred
- Startup or venture company experience preferred
- Software development experience as an engineer preferred
