Product Manager
As a Product Manager, you will translate domain strategy into a 1–2-quarter roadmap, lead product discovery, guide engineers and designers through delivery, and measure outcomes for the FinApp product area.
Responsibilities
- Frame user and customer problems through data, research, and stakeholder input.
- Shape product vision and OKRs for the next 6–9 months.
- Build and maintain a prioritized backlog.
- Re-prioritize based on experiments, user feedback, and business shifts.
- Define business logic and success criteria for features.
- Decompose work into milestones, plan sprints, and track progress.
- Remove blockers and keep the team focused on outcomes.
- Define success metrics, run A/B tests, and analyze results with SQL and BI tools.
- Turn insights into iterative product improvements.
- Present discovery findings, roadmap trade-offs, and release results to leads and executives.
- Align Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Support around launches.
- Surface risks and manage cross-team dependencies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in B2B or internal enterprise products.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, reconciliation, and financial controls.
- Ability to communicate with Finance stakeholders and translate business needs into product requirements.
- Track record of taking features from problem statement through discovery, delivery, launch, and optimization.
- Comfort with analytics, success metrics, and data-driven product decisions.
- Understanding of Agile product development, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Ability to plan 1–2 quarters ahead, prioritize, and make trade-offs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with English at B2–C1 level.
- Experience with fintech, payments, crypto, or regulated financial products is a plus.
- Experience with fintech, payment, banking, or crypto platforms is beneficial.
- Understanding of blockchain settlement, digital asset accounting, and wallet and payment-system fund movements is beneficial.
- Experience with treasury, liquidity, or cash management processes is beneficial.
- Familiarity with balance calculations, reconciliation, and ledger consistency is beneficial.
- Experience in regulated financial environments is beneficial.
