Product Manager Compliance and Onboarding
Own compliance and onboarding across Cyclops's payment suite, including KYB and KYC, provider orchestration, data reuse, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, risk scoring, fraud prevention, Travel Rule compliance, automation, and responsible AI use.
Responsibilities
- Own the KYB and KYC onboarding product
- Orchestrate KYB across providers
- Reuse existing KYB and KYC data to reduce onboarding friction
- Own the compliance product suite
- Manage Travel Rule compliance across products
- Automate compliance workflows
- Use AI responsibly in compliance
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, Engineering, Partner Engineering, and Design
- Define measurable outcomes and guide prioritization with data
- Communicate progress, decisions, risks, and learnings
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5–8+ years of product management experience
- Compliance, onboarding, risk, or fraud product experience in payments, fintech, or crypto
- Experience coordinating requirements across regulated partners
- KYC/KYB reliance and data-sharing experience
- Sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, risk scoring, or fraud prevention experience
- Travel Rule familiarity
- MiCA, MTL, sanctions, and AML knowledge
- Analytical and stakeholder communication skills
- Responsible use of AI with sensitive data
