Product Manager - Compliance

Work closely with Compliance, Engineering, Design, Customer Support, and Operations teams to optimize the user journey from registration through KYC, own the compliance product roadmap, and scale the business through research and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Work with Compliance, Engineering, and Design to build and optimize the user journey from registration through KYC.
• Plan the compliance product roadmap.
• Use quantitative analysis, qualitative research, competitor research, and customer insights to drive decisions.
• Partner with Compliance, Customer Support, and Operations stakeholders to scale the business and improve user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or design-related field.
• Experience building and managing fintech compliance and KYC features and flows.
• Familiarity with onboarding and KYC flows for crypto exchanges and fintech apps.
• Superior analytical and quantitative skills, including using data and metrics to support assumptions.
• Experience working in a data-driven environment and moving metrics to achieve KPI goals.
