Product Manager (DeFi Product)
Drive the end-to-end development, launch, and optimisation of Web3 and DeFi products, translating product vision and business strategy into scalable, user-centric solutions while balancing commercial, technical, regulatory, and operational constraints.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver product solutions aligned with the DeFi Product strategy and ecosystem roadmap.
- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and requirements through development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimisation.
- Launch Web3-native features such as token sales, staking mechanics, participation flows, governance tools, and ecosystem utilities.
- Design and optimise product-led revenue streams and monetisation models.
- Define, track, and analyse revenue and growth KPIs.
- Identify and validate growth and monetisation opportunities through experimentation and analysis.
- Build user and ecosystem insights through qualitative research, data analysis, and on-chain/off-chain insights.
- Conduct product and project due diligence, assessing readiness, UX risks, scalability, and alignment with launchpad standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, creative, marketing, business development, operations, and legal or compliance teams.
- Lead projects by defining milestones, managing dependencies, and delivering measurable business results.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of proven Product Management experience in Web3 with full product lifecycle ownership.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
- Working knowledge of the Solana ecosystem and development stack.
- Exposure to Rust-based on-chain programs is an advantage.
- Experience collaborating with business or commercial teams on revenue-linked product initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, experimentation, and user insights.
- Ability to contribute to strategic planning and experimental product initiatives.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership.
