Product Manager / Director, Core Trading
Shape core exchange systems spanning order management, matching, margin, risk, lending, borrowing, spot trading, and derivatives. Define product direction, build market intelligence and monitoring capabilities, research competitors and trader needs, drive delivery from specification through launch, and design AI agent workflows for Core Trading.
Responsibilities
- Manage core exchange systems across order management, matching, margin, risk, lending, borrowing, spot, and derivatives
- Design systems that meet financial regulatory requirements with Legal, Compliance, and local market teams
- Research traders and competing crypto and traditional finance systems
- Build data and monitoring layers for product and market awareness
- Set the three- to twelve-month product direction and roadmap
- Drive products from specification through launch with engineering, design, operations, and marketing
- Design and ship multi-step AI agent workflows for Core Trading
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in mathematics, physics, or computer science
- 5+ years of experience building sophisticated backend systems in crypto or traditional finance
- AI-native skillset for workflow automation
- Rigorous logical thinking, teamwork, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Strong interest in trading, blockchain, and finance
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused product mindset
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship
