Product Manager / Director, Structured Products

Lead the planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures. Develop product roadmaps, oversee delivery, drive user and AUM growth, manage the user lifecycle, monitor crypto structured-product markets, and define product parameters, pricing models, and risk frameworks with quantitative and risk teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures.
• Develop short- and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps.
• Oversee project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, risk management, marketing, operations, and other departments.
• Formulate and implement data-driven growth and operations strategies.
• Manage the user lifecycle across acquisition, retention, and conversion.
• Monitor crypto structured-product market trends and translate insights into product initiatives.
• Collaborate with quantitative and risk teams to define product parameters, pricing models, and risk frameworks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product manager experience and a bachelor's degree or above.
• Solid understanding of derivatives and structured finance concepts.
• Strong product design and project management skills.
• Ability to identify user needs through data analysis and implement growth strategies.
• Strong logical thinking, teamwork, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a global, cross-timezone environment.
• Background in mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
• Experience with options, structured products, or related derivatives preferred.
• CFA, FRM, or equivalent financial certification preferred.
