Product Manager / Director, Structured Products

Lead the planning, design, development, and delivery of crypto structured products, including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures. Develop product roadmaps, manage cross-functional execution, analyze market and user trends, and define product parameters, pricing models, and risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures
• Develop short- and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps based on market conditions, product life cycle, competitive landscape, and available resources
• Oversee project progress and collaborate with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, risk management, marketing, operations, and other departments
• Use data-driven analysis to identify drivers of AUM and user growth and implement growth and operations strategies
• Manage user acquisition, retention, conversion, and the user journey across structured products
• Monitor crypto structured product market trends, identify opportunities and competitive threats, and translate insights into product initiatives
• Collaborate with quantitative and risk teams to define product parameters, pricing models, and risk frameworks

Requirements

• Keen interest in blockchain and financial markets, with a solid understanding of derivatives and structured finance
• 3+ years of product manager experience and a bachelor's degree or above; mathematics, economics, or related quantitative background preferred
• Strong product design, project management, data analysis, and growth strategy skills
• Rigorous logical thinking, teamwork, communication, and cross-functional coordination abilities
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible attitude
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work across global time zones
• Nice to have: strong understanding of structured products
• Nice to have: experience trading or designing options, structured products, or related derivatives at a financial institution or crypto exchange
• Nice to have: CFA, FRM, or equivalent financial certification
