Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to establish and evangelize a product mindset within a customer environment currently operating through a project-based organization with product owners. This role will drive the transition toward a mature product management culture, working closely with business analysts, delivery teams, and director-level stakeholders.

Availability to work from the client's office in Athens two days per week is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish the product manager role within the customer environment and act as the primary liaison across business, delivery, and stakeholder groups
• Refine the product roadmap based on legacy app features, soft launch feedback, new business demands, and delivery capacity
• Participate in operational decision-making regarding product direction to support the delivery team
• Build a product analytics framework to support data-driven decision-making
• Refine and formalize the product support process
• Support the mobile app launch process and the decommissioning of the old app
• Interact with the customer's UI/UX team to align product and design efforts
• Define the product roadmap for 2027 in alignment with business goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering mobile B2C products
• Proven experience launching and supporting the launch process for B2C mobile apps
• Proven experience building product analytics frameworks
• Proven experience building and refining support processes
• Fluency in Greek
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Background in Retail Banking or fintech
• Experience building go-to-market strategy
