Product Manager-Fintech

An established group in the financial services sector is hiring a Product Manager in Riyadh to drive the build of a new consumer digital product.

Responsibilities:

- Own the product backlog: write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- Work daily with design and engineering to ship: scope, prioritise, unblock, verify

- Translate business requirements into buildable specifications covering flows, edge cases, and failure states

- Run discovery and user testing; turn findings into product decisions

- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations so releases clear internal review first time

- Track delivery against milestones and report progress to senior stakeholders

- Own product documentation: journeys, release notes, decision logs

Requirements:

- 7+ years of product management on consumer digital products; mobile experience preferred

- Track record shipping end to end with design and engineering teams

- Strong written specifications; you define edge cases and failure states, not just happy paths

- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is a strong advantage

- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage

- Fluent with product tooling such as Figma and Jira

- Based in Saudi Arabia; transferable iqama preferred for expatriate candidates
