Product Manager - ICT
Salary: $900 - $1056 p.d. + + super
Are you looking to streamline your digital product strategy and drive evidence-informed decision-making across enterprise environments? We are seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to lead a portfolio of high-value, enterprise data products. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, shaping product roadmaps and guiding agile delivery squads to produce trusted, user-focused outcomes that empower frontline and executive staff alike.
What You Will Do:
Develop and communicate the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data products to ensure maximum business value alignment.
Lead and empower multidisciplinary agile data squads, providing clear direction and outcome-focused guidance to Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders to translate complex operational needs into actionable, prioritised product backlogs.
Ensure data governance, privacy, security, and enterprise standards are embedded seamlessly within product delivery and architecture.
Oversee the continuous improvement, adoption, and long-term value realisation of data products across the organisation.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Demonstrated experience in product management for digital, data, or analytics products using Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and translate complex business drivers into technical delivery goals.
Strong background working with enterprise data platforms, business intelligence, and foundational data governance principles.
Strategic thinking paired with practical execution skills to lead and influence multidisciplinary teams without relying on formal authority.
Experience navigating large, complex enterprise or public sector environments to deliver user-centred solutions.
