Product Manager - Identity for AI

Product Manager responsible for evolving Ping Identity's Identity for AI solution, defining requirements, managing product execution, and translating strategy into customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize features and capabilities for Identity for AI product growth.
  • Gather market, customer, prospect, and partner input to define scenarios and technical requirements.
  • Provide product planning input and feature priorities to engineering.
  • Develop technical requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Perform market analysis to inform product direction.
  • Become a subject matter expert and enable sales and solution engineering teams.
  • Use AI tools to improve product management workflows and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Cloud computing experience in product management or engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management, zero trust architectures, identity standards, and technology.
  • Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and deploying them at scale.
  • Experience creating product experiences for developers and IT administrators.
  • Experience developing products from zero to one.
  • Experience managing product development lifecycles and delivering high-quality releases.
  • Ability to discuss product capabilities and market relevance with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to synthesize technical and market information into recommendations and roadmaps.
  • Strong relationship-building, influence, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to solve technical problems through cross-team collaboration and accountability.
  • High agency and extreme ownership.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for using AI to improve efficiency.
