Summary
Manages full lifecycle of industrial server products—from NPI through mass production to discontinuation—defining requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, DQA, manufacturing), and supporting sales and global business units with collateral and market insights.
This role is responsible for the management and maintenance of server-related products. It involves overseeing the product lifecycle while gathering market feedback and collaborating with the team to develop new products. The position requires self-driven with strong initiative and excellent execution skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively across departments. Initially, the focus will be on developing project management capabilities, followed by closer engagement with sales teams and customers to gain deeper insights into market needs.
Responsibilities of the role:
-Lead server product NPI development, including defining product requirements and management of schedule, cost, and risk.
-Drive projects from kick-off through mass production, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, DQA, and manufacturing.
-Manage the entire product lifecycle until discontinuation, including mitigation planning with manufacturing, regional business units, and key accounts, as well as sustaining support and addressing global business inquiries.
-Prepare product collateral such as datasheets, sales kits, and user manuals to support product promotion.
-Support regional business units (RBUs) with dedicated project development and management.
Required Qualifications :
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in NPI project management, preferably within the Server or IPC industry.
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
-Strong cross-functional communication and presentation skills.
-Open-minded, collaborative, and culturally adaptable with strong team spirit.
-Fluent English communication skill.
