Product Manager
Kody is seeking a senior Product Manager to shape and execute product vision across payments, finance, and loyalty. The role owns multiple product streams and the full lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborates with customers and cross-functional stakeholders, and uses analytics to guide continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience
- Strong background in payments, fintech, or related financial services
- Ability to lead product streams end-to-end
- Technical proficiency, ideally including coding or close work with engineering teams
- Experience managing supplier contracts and pricing agreements
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance requirements
- Customer collaboration skills with enterprise clients
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to make rapid independent decisions in a complex environment
