Product Manager (Membership)
Summary
Manages an F&B vertical membership program: onboards corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers, creates flash promos and automated rewards, runs targeted SMS and email campaigns, and tracks sign-ups, point spend, and sales targets. Uses POS, CRM, and loyalty platforms.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on marketing expert - Product Manager (Membership) to manage our F&B vertical membership program.
This will be our internal role; you will be the main person running the program. reaching out to corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers to be onboarded to the membership program.
Job Responsibilities
- Take full charge of our system, creating flash promos, and setting up automated marketing rewards.
- Send out targeted SMS and email promotions to existing members to encourage recurring credit top-ups and keep them coming back.
- Track daily sign-ups, monitor how members are spending their points, and review total sales numbers to hit monthly targets.
- Reach out to wedding planners, independent event coordinators, and corporates through cold-calling, emailing, and face-to-face meetings.
- Market to businesses for use as staff incentives, corporate gifts, or wedding guest perks.
- Attend local hospitality events, wedding industry functions, and exhibitions to meet new clients and build your professional contacts list.
- Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients by coordinating their bulk bookings and ensuring their guests receive high-quality service.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in sales
- Good with basic tech; experience using a restaurant POS system, CRM, or loyalty platform
- Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and pitching to clients face-to-face.
- Target-driven, organized, and motivated by earning higher payouts through commissions.
