Product Manager - Payment

Own product vision and execution across payments, finance, and loyalty streams while balancing technical, commercial, customer, legal, compliance, and analytical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own product streams end to end
• Shape and execute product vision
• Make strategic product decisions daily
• Maintain supplier contracts and pricing agreements
• Review and draft contract amendments
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Partner with engineering and clarify technical requirements
• Engage and visit enterprise customers
• Coordinate product rollouts, documentation, and training
• Use analytics to measure performance and drive improvements

Requirements

• Proven product ownership experience
• Experience owning supplier contracts, merchant terms, and pricing
• Ability to review and draft contract language
• Technical experience coding or working directly with code
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams
• Experience engaging enterprise customers and building relationships
• Experience using analytics to inform product decisions
• Strong communication and commercial insight
