Product Manager
Define and drive products that help people connect, move, and manage their money. Own a product area, shape the roadmap with data and feedback, collaborate with Engineering and Design, measure outcomes, communicate decisions, and guide cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities
- Own a product area and define problems, requirements, and execution plans.
- Shape the roadmap using data, feedback, and market signals.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Use metrics and user insights to measure and improve outcomes.
- Communicate clearly, align stakeholders, and guide decisions.
- Act with a founder mindset and learn continuously.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in a product-related role.
- Track record of building or launching products end to end.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Familiarity using AI for prototyping, research, or analysis.
- Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
- Fintech experience is nice to have.
