Your role

In this role, you will play a key role in aligning products, hardware, software, and services to market and customer needs and strengthening the go-to-market approach:

  • Structure product and portfolio decisions, define market- and customer-driven requirements, and develop a clear roadmap for the product portfolio

  • Derive hardware, software, and services requirements and translate them into market-ready offerings, including pricing, launch, and lifecycle strategies

  • Strengthen the go-to-market approach through close alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience; ensure a consistent market introduction

  • Alleviate project management by targeted offering prioritization, opportunity assessment, and market analyses; identify AI and automation potentials to scale the global business

Your profile

  • Completed university degree in natural sciences, engineering, or technology; business administration qualifications or product management training are an advantage; PhD optional

  • Several years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or technical project/business development in complex B2B or project environments; experience with hardware, software, and services as well as international markets is desirable

  • Responsibility for the product lifecycle, conducting market and competitive analyses, and preparing decision papers for executive boards

  • Strong technical and business understanding; structured market and customer analyses, requirements engineering, roadmap and go-to-market competencies

  • Excellent German and English language skills; confident communication with development, sales, service, marketing, and international partners

  • Ability to identify AI and automation potentials and integrate them into processes as well as product/service concepts

  • Willingness to travel internationally 20-25%
