Product Manager – Securities & Commodities

Own key product flows for securities and commodities, including equity trading interfaces, margin trading touchpoints, and real-world asset execution steps. Write product specifications, process flows, and user stories; collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design, Data, and Business Operations; translate complex financial concepts into transparent retail experiences; and use adoption and performance metrics to optimize the product.

Responsibilities

  • Own specific securities and commodities product flows.
  • Write product specifications, process flows, and user stories.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day product contact for Engineering.
  • Partner with UX, Design, and Data teams to create transparent retail experiences.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Business Operations, and cross-functional partners to maintain shipping velocity and task completion.
  • Track feature adoption and performance metrics.
  • Identify user experience friction points and drive continuous optimization.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of Product Management experience building trading, retail brokerage, or fintech products.
  • Experience ideally gained within a MiFID II or regulated environment.
  • Functional understanding of capital markets, order execution flows, clearing, and basic retail investing mechanics.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Practical experience using product analytics to guide feature iterations.
  • Structured communication skills for translating business and technical requirements into product specifications.
  • Familiarity with multi-asset investing platforms.
