Product Manager, Trading
Anchorage Digital is seeking a Product Manager for Trading to drive front office and back office trading systems used by institutional investors. The role combines institutional trading expertise with product leadership, roadmap ownership, market insight, automation, and cross-functional execution across engineering, design, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive front office and back office trading systems for institutional cryptocurrency investors.
- Own product roadmap prioritization across feature development and technical debt.
- Shape product strategy using market trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs.
- Deliver complex cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy, success metrics, KPIs, and data-driven iterations.
- Partner with engineering and design on product development and planning.
- Use trading market dynamics and client sentiment to inform product enhancements.
- Develop workflows that automate trade execution, hedging, and risk management.
- Lead cross-functional teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Own product strategy and execution through independent decision-making.
- Advocate for Trading product priorities and influence organizational strategy.
- Support senior leadership with product expertise and market insight.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience in institutional trading across cryptocurrency or traditional asset classes, or at least 5 years as an OTC trader with collaborative product development experience.
- Expertise in electronic and voice trading.
- Experience managing complex projects across multiple teams.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
