Product Marketing Lead
Shape Fun's product positioning and translate technically complex payments and blockchain infrastructure into clear commercial value. Create messaging, launch and social content, customer proof, website content, and sales enablement materials; research customers and markets; and support executive communications, podcasts, video, conferences, and events as the marketing function grows.
Responsibilities
- Create differentiated messaging for payments and blockchain infrastructure.
- Drive X and LinkedIn content for product launches, partnerships, and team milestones.
- Develop case studies, customer stories, testimonials, and supporting data.
- Own customer, product, and other high-priority website content.
- Create sales enablement materials, competitive guides, objection-handling materials, and industry narratives.
- Research customers, buyers, and competitors through interviews, market research, sales feedback, and win-loss analysis.
- Support podcast coordination, executive thought leadership, video programming, conferences, and customer events.
Requirements
- Six or more years in product marketing or a closely related discipline.
- Experience marketing a technically complex product, ideally in crypto, fintech, payments, or a comparable domain.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
- Track record translating technical products into commercial value across case studies, website messaging, sales collateral, launch materials, and short-form social content.
- Ability to operate hands-on without headcount.
- Experience using AI for research, competitive analysis, and customer insight.
