Product Marketing Manager
You will translate Ably's technical infrastructure into tools and assets for Sales and Customer Success, craft narratives for developers and engineering leaders, own AI-powered competitive intelligence, drive go-to-market launches, create technical content, build developer community presence, and use AI tooling to scale content and research.
Responsibilities
- Build tools, assets, and collateral that enable Sales and Customer Success to demonstrate value and win deals
- Build and own a dynamic, AI-powered competitive intelligence system
- Drive go-to-market for products and features, owning launches from positioning through execution
- Drive collaboration between Product, Sales, and Marketing, translating product vision into narratives
- Create high-impact technical content including case studies, comparison guides, blog posts, and thought leadership
- Build presence in developer communities through content, demos, video tutorials, and participation in technical forums and open source ecosystems
- Leverage AI tooling to accelerate content creation, competitive research, and asset production
Requirements
- Significant product marketing experience in a technology-driven B2B SaaS environment targeting technical or developer personas
- Experience building effective, scalable product marketing frameworks and playbooks
- Strategic mindset with a strong track record of owning initiatives end-to-end
- Strong sales enablement skills with examples of tools and assets that drove measurable commercial impact
- Strong technical acumen with complex infrastructure or API products
- AI-first approach to work using AI tooling instinctively
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on marketing effectiveness
- Experience at a startup or growth-stage company, or adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
