Product Operations Manager / Director, Institutional Product

Own and continuously elevate the operational backbone of OKX's institutional business by building durable operational frameworks, optimizing processes, using data and AI-assisted tooling, and delivering measurable operational improvements and training.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations across custody, brokerage, FD Broker, CaaS, RBAC, KYC, incentive programs, and fees.
• Manage internal stakeholders and external institutional clients across written communication channels with SLA discipline.
• Identify operational gaps and growth opportunities using data analytics and AI-assisted workflows.
• Design scalable operational frameworks for institutional workflows, incentives, fees, RBAC, custody, and regulatory adherence.
• Drive continuous and strategic operational optimization and automation.
• Build and deliver structured training for relationship managers and institutional clients.

Requirements

• 6+ years of operations experience in institutional financial services, crypto exchange, prime brokerage, or fintech.
• Hands-on ownership of at least two of custody, brokerage, KYC/KYB, and incentive programs.
• Experience operating as an influential individual contributor without formal authority.
• Strong data fluency, including dashboard development and AI tooling.
• Track record of identifying operational gaps, designing scalable solutions, and delivering measurable improvements.
• Stakeholder management experience with institutional counterparties.
• Working knowledge of digital asset regulatory frameworks across Hong Kong, Singapore, and broader APAC.
