Product Owner

This hands-on technical Product Owner role focuses on implementing, integrating, testing, deploying, and stabilizing production-ready client platforms using defined solution architectures.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy blockchain and digital asset solutions for enterprise and institutional clients.
• Build and configure solution components based on defined architectures and platform patterns.
• Integrate products with core banking, custody, payments, treasury, vendor, and third-party systems.
• Implement APIs, data flows, and event-driven integrations across distributed systems.
• Support cloud, hybrid, and on-premise deployments, CI/CD, infrastructure configuration, and environment setup.
• Collaborate with architects, delivery teams, project management, engineers, and client stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot integration, performance, and deployment issues.
• Support testing, go-live activities, early-life production stabilization, and operational handover.
• Contribute implementation feedback to improve solution patterns, documentation, and reusability.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, platform engineering, or system integration roles.
• Experience building and integrating multi-system platforms in fintech, financial services, or security-sensitive environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and modern deployment practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with API-based and event-driven architectures.
• Programming skills in Python, Go, Java, Rust, or a similar language.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, encryption, and other security fundamentals.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, delivery teams, and client technical stakeholders.
• Strong customer engagement and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Swiss German, German, French, and English required; Italian is a plus.
• Must be located in Switzerland, with focus on Zurich, Geneva, and Lugano.
