Job Description\:
Turning the business needs into a set of requirements that our engineering teams and suppliers can deliver on, you will be the technical lead for your product team. Providing management of your product and backlog, you will advise on support, maintenance, technical debt and continuous improvement aspects to ensure the product delivers optimal value.
In conjunction with our partners, you will drive a programme of change to fulfil the business adoption of the product and adapting to the evolution of the digital platforms and products. As a good communicator you will engage with a range of business stakeholders to build trust in the product, value for money and continuous evolution to meet market changes and challenges.
Core duties\:
- You will be responsible for managing and executing the PAM product strategy.
- You will be capturing emerging business and user requirements across key stakeholder groups and build into product roadmaps
- You will be responsible for managing operational risk(s) relating to PAM services and capabilities
- You will be managing product backlog with applicable velocity, planning cycles and retrospective reviews
- You will ensure Cyber Security requirements are appropriately baked into existing and new contracts to meet the Company’s cyber security strategy and goals
- You will be accountable for ensuring PAM services and capabilities comply with the Group Cyber Security Standards (GCSS) and any regulatory obligations
Essential Skills\:
- You will have an understanding of PAM concepts including password vaults, privileged session management, privileged entitlement management, access analytics and reporting
- You will be able to demonstrate leadership in operational management
- You will analyse requirements and advise on scope and options for continual operational improvement
- You will be experienced in advising on standards, methods, tools, applications and processes relevant to group specialism(s) and can make appropriate choices from alternatives
- You will have proven ability to evaluate the organisational impact of new technologies and PAM services
