Product Relations Manager
Own the product and technical dimensions of external partner integrations, acting as the bridge between partners and product and engineering teams to evaluate, shape, launch, and maintain integrations.
Responsibilities
- Build partner relationships and drive integrations from scoping through production launch.
- Evaluate partner technical readiness and provide go/no-go recommendations.
- Lead technical scoping and translate requirements into engineering specifications.
- Hold partners accountable for delivery and resolve blockers.
- Monitor integration health and resolve performance issues.
- Expand existing partnerships and make build-versus-buy and direct-versus-aggregator decisions.
- Lead cross-functional integration execution.
- Use transaction data and operational metrics for prioritization.
- Standardize integration processes and playbooks.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in product management, technical partnerships, or integration management.
- Experience in fintech, mobile money, digital payments, or telecommunications.
- Technical fluency with REST, SOAP, webhooks, VPN setups, and timeout configurations.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of integration-driven transaction volume, revenue, and user value.
- Experience managing integrations with banks, telecommunications companies, utility companies, or government agencies.
- Relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
- Data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
