As a Bilingual Sales Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in helping customers find the right vehicle while providing top-tier service. You will:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the perfect vehicle.
- Showcase vehicle features & benefits through test drives and expert demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals with confidence and professionalism.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, manufacturer certifications, and industry trends.
- Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up effectively. Proficiency with CDK, Tekion, K-Dealer, Drive Centric, and other related systems is a plus!
