Production Manager (Manufacturing | East | Up $16K) #HJO

Lead and oversee daily production operations to ensure production schedules, quality standards and business requirements are achieved.
Troubleshoot production, equipment and process issues, applying root-cause analysis to minimise downtime, costs and quality risks.
Serve as the escalation point for complex technical and process issues involving mechanical, electrical and production systems.
Lead, develop and manage production supervisors and teams, providing coaching, performance management and operational direction.
Plan production schedules, priorities, manpower and resources across product lines to meet demand.
Manage departmental budgets, capacity planning and resource allocation while maintaining cost and productivity targets.
Support production layouts, process improvements and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to ensure smooth transition into manufacturing.
Lead manufacturing transfer, product lifecycle and production optimisation initiatives across manufacturing sites.
Lead Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Planning, Quality Control, Manufacturing Engineering, Marketing and R&D teams to support production objectives.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of manufacturing or production experience, preferably within a regulated manufacturing environment.
8–10 years of supervisory or people management experience.
Experience leading continuous improvement, Kaizen, quality improvement and root-cause analysis projects.
ISO 13485 knowledge and experience managing FDA-regulated manufacturing operations.
