Production Planning Section Manager

Responsibilities :

Responsibility of coordinating with relevant departments in the production planning process, in order to ensure that the products are manufactured accurately and promptly to meet the customers' demands, while considering efficiency and production costs.
Receive sales forecast data from the sales department.
Analyze the capacity of machinery.
Verify the raw materials and the storage area for products.
Develop a production plan.
Participate in meetings with relevant departments.
Present production plan to the factory manager.
Distribute production plan to relevant departments.
Monitor, review, and modify the production plan.
Prepare summary reports on planning results.
Manage various quality systems and personnel.
Plan and prepare annual budgets.
Manage 10 team members
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Production Engineering
Age is around 35 - 45 years old
At least 5 years of working experience in responsible Production Planning roles.
Good knowledge of product and manufacturing process, capacity of equipment, and production cycle time
Good knowledge of lead time for raw material sourcing, storage and delivery of products.
Strong planning, data analysis, coordination, detail oriented, and management skills.
Able to use Microsoft Office and related program
