Production Support

Job Summary

Support daily production activities to meet output and quality targets by maintaining equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities to achieve target output and maintain product quality standards
• Identify and report machine breakdowns or faults promptly to the Production Supervisor for corrective action
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of machines and surrounding work areas to ensure operational safety
• Monitor product quality during production and notify the Production Supervisor immediately of any defects
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks to sustain a safe and organized production environment
• Lift and move materials weighing 15kg to 22kg on an ad hoc basis to support production needs
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow
• Work overtime as required to meet production schedules
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Completion of primary or secondary education (PSLE, lower secondary, N Level, or ITE)
• Technical qualifications related to manufacturing or production processes
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated initiative, drive, and commitment as a team player
• Physical fitness and good health to meet job demands
