Program Analyst

We're looking for an experienced Program Analyst to support the successful delivery of a large-scale transformation initiative. You'll work closely with delivery leaders, project managers and business stakeholders to coordinate workstreams, monitor progress and help ensure key milestones are achieved.
What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate project workstreams and manage stakeholder engagement across the program.
• Track deliverables, milestones and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare project reporting and proactively identify, manage and escalate risks and issues.
• Support implementation planning and readiness activities across business teams.
• Analyse project information to support recommendations and decision-making.
• Collaborate with delivery leaders and project managers to ensure smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.

What we're looking for:

• Experience working as a Program Analyst, PMO Analyst or Project Analyst on large transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience tracking project deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
