Program Analyst

TJFACT is seeking a well-qualified Program Analyst to support the Department of State – INL/SAO/AT office, in Washington, DC. This position is equivalent to a Program /Management Analyst Level 4). The Program Analyst will assist the INL/SAO/AT team in meeting the Bureau's enterprise risk management, management controls, and records management needs. The Program Analyst supports the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across Bureau programs and operations in compliance with OMB Circular A-123 and other relevant guidance.
