Contract role supporting a Process Assurance Team on infrastructure construction projects by collecting, validating, and analyzing cost data from past and ongoing builds to help establish cost norms and a database, primarily using Microsoft Excel.

What You'll Do
Support the Process Assurance Team in data collation, sorting, validation, and analysis.
Collate data from past construction tender returns and completed construction projects.
Consolidate cost data from past and ongoing construction projects.
Work closely with the Infrastructure Development project team to validate the accuracy and completeness of project data.
Organise and analyse construction cost data to support the establishment of cost norms and a cost database.
Provide administrative and operational support for data management and process assurance activities as required.
Who We're Looking For
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Candidates with qualifications in Built Environment, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Data Analytics, or related fields would be advantageous.
1 to 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the built environment or construction sector.
Proficient in data collation, tabulation, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling, organising, and validating data.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive, organised, and willing to take initiative.
Able to identify practical solutions and contribute ideas to improve existing processes.
