Project Controls Manager
Black & Grey HR is recruiting an experienced Project Controls Manager for a leading contracting and construction company. The role will be responsible for project planning, cost control, progress monitoring, risk management, and management reporting across large-scale, high-rise construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and control systems.
- Establish project baselines and regularly track actual progress against planned targets.
- Identify schedule delays, cost variations, risks, and potential project bottlenecks.
- Prepare recovery plans and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, resource requirements, and overall performance.
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management.
- Coordinate closely with project, site, procurement, commercial, and finance teams.
- Support management with reliable project data, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the approved timeline, budget, and quality requirements.
Requirements- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and controls within the construction industry.
- Strong experience with contracting companies and large-scale high-rise projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk management, and progress reporting.
- Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
