About the Role
Are you an organized field operations professional who excels at keeping projects running smoothly? We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for our high-growth Northeast field operations. Working directly alongside our Director and Field Supervisors, you will own project tracking, permitting, job costing, and subcontractor coordination for our wireless infrastructure rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Track critical project milestones, manage local permitting and municipal licensing processes, and lead vendor/subcontractor onboarding.
- Financial & Cost Control: Own project purchasing and job costing, maintaining strict accuracy in project data and budgets.
- Estimating & Scoping: Independently develop estimates, proposals, and scopes of work for small-to-midsize assignments (surveys, system maintenance, field inspections); assist PMs on major project rollouts.
- Documentation & Closeout: Assemble closeout packages, survey reports, and technical documentation to keep field technicians and teams operating efficiently.
- Team & Brand Support: Mentor junior coordinators, represent Mann Wireless at local industry events, and assist with corporate team initiatives and company celebrations.
