Project Coordinator – Sportscape & Irrigation

Job Summary
Coordinate irrigation and sportscape maintenance projects by managing schedules, procurement, documentation, and compliance to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, site availability, and permits to ensure smooth project operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project activities and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports, claims, and supporting documentation to meet project deadlines
- Issue purchase orders and track procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials from suppliers
- Prepare and revise shop drawings to comply with project specifications and adapt to site conditions
- Compile safety documents, operation manuals, and risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance before work commencement
- Execute additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager to support project objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of industry experience in estimating and/or quantity surveying
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Adaptability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
