Project Development Manager (Open in HaNoi)

Research, develop, and propose business development strategies.

Identify potential projects and establish relationships with contractors, investors, and construction companies.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with project stakeholders.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Report business performance and project development progress.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.

At least 5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the steel or construction industry.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

Proven experience in developing and managing project-based customers.

Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.

Willingness to travel for business purposes.
