Project Manager
Summary
Project Manager at an Australian ICT managed services provider, driving delivery of cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking and unified communications projects. Coordinates technical teams and client stakeholders to deliver technology projects on time, on budget and to standard.
Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 per year + Performance Bonus
About the role
This is not a traditional administrative project management position. You'll be responsible for driving project outcomes, coordinating technical teams, managing client expectations and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. You will work closely with engineers, service delivery teams, account managers and executive leadership to oversee a portfolio of projects ranging from infrastructure upgrades and cloud migrations through to telecommunications, cybersecurity and business transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent technology projects
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
- Coordinate internal and external resources
- Monitor project budgets, timelines and deliverables
- Manage project risks, issues and dependencies
- Ensure projects are delivered successfully and profitably
- Serve as the primary contact for project customers
- Conduct project kick-offs and governance meetings
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders
- Manage expectations and resolve project challenges
About you
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing ICT projects
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Experience managing budgets, schedules and resources
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within fast-paced environments
- MSP or systems integrator experience
- Project delivery experience across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, unified communications, and contact centre solutions
- PRINCE2, PMP or Agile certifications
- Experience using Microsoft Project or similar platforms
