Job Summary

Lead and coordinate projects by planning, supervising, and managing resources to ensure timely and quality delivery while addressing stakeholder needs and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, program, and coordinate all site works to ensure project progress aligns with schedules
• Identify potential issues early, develop solutions, and make informed decisions to maintain project momentum
• Collaborate with clients’ representatives and consultants to integrate stakeholder requirements into project execution
• Monitor, supervise, and inspect work quality and compliance on site
• Manage and control workmen to maintain productivity and safety standards
• Oversee site materials, plant, and equipment to ensure efficient and cost-effective usage
• Review and prepare detailed project schedules to guide implementation
• Analyze project specifications and secure necessary engineering clearances
• Allocate resources and schedule tasks to optimize project delivery
• Conduct team assessments and performance evaluations to enhance workforce effectiveness
• Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to address project uncertainties

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field from a recognized tertiary institution
• 2 to 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Proficient in English and computer applications
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with a sense of ownership
