Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

• Head a team of project staffs
• Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, client and consultant to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works
• Understand and ensure Site Safety requirements are met while executing works on site by Sub-contractors
• Good understanding of Singapore Standard Code of Practice

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Civil) / Construction Engineering (Civil) / or equivalent
• Preferably Project Manager specializing and experience in local private residential and commercial building
• Familiar with our local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark Assessment and safety aspects in the construction industry
