Summary
Remote Project Manager developing project plans, timelines, and budgets; coordinating internal and external resources; and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of crypto/blockchain-related projects. Requires fluency in English and Russian.
You develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; define scope, goals, and deliverables; coordinate internal and external resources; communicate status and risks; ensure timely, cost-effective, high-quality delivery; maintain documentation; facilitate project meetings; and evaluate performance to identify process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate internal and external resources
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks
- Ensure projects meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Manage project documentation
- Facilitate kickoff, status, and retrospective meetings
- Evaluate project performance
- Identify process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field
- Fluent English and Russian
- At least 3 years of project management experience
- Understanding of the crypto industry and blockchain technology
- Experience managing complex projects from start to finish
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Agile experience
- Scrum experience
