Summary
Project Manager for civil construction projects, reporting to the Project Director. Handles project planning, scheduling, site monitoring, progress claims/reporting, safety compliance, and coordination with clients and subcontractors.

Job Responsibilities :
1. Overall reporting to Project Director.
2. Responsible for technical and engineering matters.
3. Involved in project planning, monitoring and scheduling of site activities.
4. Involved in monthly progress claim and monthly progress reporting.
5. Ensuring environmental, safety and health aspect on site.
6. Liaise and coordinate with clients and sub contractors.
Job Requirements :
1. Bachelor Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognised by PE Board or BCA.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3. Positve working attitude.
4. Good Interpersonal and analytical skills.
