Summary
Project Manager role in Singapore overseeing construction projects including renovations, A&A, commercial, and condominium work. Manages schedules, costs, and variation orders while coordinating with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring BCA and MCST compliance.
T· Lead and manage projectsfrom planning, execution to final handover
· Oversee renovation,A&A, commercial, and condominium projects with full ownership
· Coordinate with clients,consultants, interior designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
· Ensure projects aredelivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
· Manage project schedules,cost control, and variation orders
· Ensure compliance withregulatory requirements, including the Building and Construction Authority(BCA) and condo (MCST) guidelines
· Conduct site meetings,monitor progress, and address technical or site issues proactively
· Maintain proper projectdocumentation and reporting
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree inBuilding, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
· Minimum 3 years ofrelevant Singapore experience in renovation / A&A / commercial /residential (condo) projects
· Good Pay + Good allowance + GoodBonus
