Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, and key performance indicators.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure projects remain within approved scope, budget, and timelines.
- Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, clients, and external partners.
- Establish project governance, processes, standards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Conduct regular project reviews and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of project management experience, including experience managing teams or multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
