Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Coordinate project activities across different departments and teams.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance and deliverables.
- Track project schedules, budgets, resources, and expenses.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress and take corrective action when required.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and achievements to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Manage changes to project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and business requirements.
- Resolve issues and remove obstacles that could impact project delivery.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and applicable standards.
- Conduct project closure activities and document lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
