Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate renovation projects from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, including designers and project staff, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend site meetings, site inspections, and supervise renovation works.
• Plan and coordinate workers' deployment, work schedules, and project activities.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimise project delays.
• Conduct project inspections, rectification works, and final handover to clients.

Job Requirements

• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese; knowledge of Malay will be an added advantage.
• Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Experience in renovation or interior fit-out projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, ceiling, and finishing works will be an advantage.
